Treasure Island- 1975
Let's look at Walt Disney World's abandoned Treasure Island (renamed Discovery Island in 1978). The first image shows us a beautiful view of the birds from what would be later called the "Jose Carioca Flyers" show at the CooCoo Cabana. Next we see Flamingo Lagoon. The third photo is a great view of what was then called Cap'n Flint's Perch.

Hey, there was a creepypasta featuring a location called "Mowgli's Palace" The creepypasta itself had all sorts of errors, like referring to cast members as Mascots (ugh) but there are people wondering...was there ever really a Mowgli's palace?

there where plans for it in NC but not sure if it ever took place in being built
